At MALVADOS, we want you to love your footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure items are in resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn footwear back in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
